Accounts Executive – Payable

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage invoice processing, payments, and payable accounts with precision and efficiency. You will manage payable accounts, maintain vendor relationships, and handle payment runs while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls. Additionally, you will support month-end financial processes, reconciliations, and collaborate with other departments to maintain the smooth flow of financial operations.

Your Profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance is an advantage.
• A keen commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity.
