Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to lead our training programs at Wild Coast Tented Lodge. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training initiatives to enhance team performance and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning & development, with a keen ability to inspire, coach, and elevate our team to their full potential.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality or service industries.
• Proven expertise in developing and facilitating training programs.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying training needs and implementing creative solutions.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a passion for fostering growth and improvement.
• Commitment to enhancing guest experiences through continuous staff development.
